I started by taking the sentiment and stars from Hero Arts 'Shoot for the moon' and stamping them on blue card stock with Versamark ink. I then embossed it with Reflections gold embossing powder. Then I used two colors from Finetec Artist gold set to splatter little drops over the cardstock. I have a paper pad from DCWV of different colored foil paper and I used a pretty gold piece to layer behind the blue panel. I added that to a top folding white card and was done :)
