I pulled out the Hero Arts Love stamp and cut set. I really like the big scripty 'love' that is in it. To highlight it I took a heart die from SSS and cut out some water color paper.
I know there are a couple of challenges that are using 'watercolor smooshing' which is not something that I had ever tried before. I admit my first attempt, I didn't really consider how the colors would mix and it came out a muddy mess (whoops!). My second attempt, I chose two colors of distress ink that were somewhat close, Worn Lipstick and Picked Raspberry. I smooshed them on my kraft mat, sprayed them with water and laid my heart die cut in it. I twisted it a couple of times and when I picked it up, one corner was still white. I thought I would try and add a third color so I picked Wilted Violet. I heat embossed my sentiment on the heart and then put it on a top folding card. I added another small sentiment and little hearts in the same colors as my main heart and then put glossy accents on the little hearts.

I am entering this in a few challenges:
Inkspirational challenge #130 - Watercolour Smooshing

Happy Little Stampers - March Watercolour Challenge
CAS Mix Up March - Stamping, Smooshing and Your Choice
