Sending Sunshine

Hello all! I think I am like a lot of others who are wishing for a sign of spring. So today I have a spring-y type card using Doodles Paper Playground Sparkle blends.

To start this card, I stamped a bunch of the little images from the stamp set and colored them with copics. I used the matching dies to cut them out which was a huge help especially for the little images. For the shaker 'sun' portion, I took a top folding blue card and die cut a circle out of the front. A MFT shaker pouch adhered to the inside of the card made it easy to add the sparkle blend. I used a piece of white cardstock slightly smaller than the inside of the card as the backing of the shaker.

I stamped the sentiment and glued the little images in place. I also took a butterfly and flower from the sequin blend to add to the front of the shaker pouch and next to the kids.

Supplies:
Stamp and die: W plus 9 - Garden Buddies
Embellishments: Doodle Paper Playground - Well, Yellow there
Inks: Copics; Versafine black
Paper: Gina K cardstock - Ocean Mist
Misc: MFT - circle shaker pouch

I am sharing this in the following challenges:
