I started with a top folding A2 white card. The background, letters and sentiment strip were all from one piece of Yupo paper where I tried red and orange alcohol inks. I cut the yupo paper down and used a large piece for the background. Then I used Hero Arts Heart confetti cover die on white cardstock. I trimmed the edges so that there was a slight red frame and die cut the "happy" sentiment out of a scrap piece of the yupo. I used the negative image to help me place the letters on the card front.
I used white ep to add the sentiment to a strip of the red yupo and then added it to a slightly larger white strip before using foam tape to adhere it to my card front. I stamped and colored the little puppy with copics. Then I fussy cut it out and used more foam tape to add it. I took glossy accents to the "happy" letters and the pup's nose.
